To all Blanchard water customers:
The Blanchard City Council voted to confirm a permanent and mandatory odd/even watering schedule, effective July 1, 2017.
Homes addressed with an odd (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) last digit number are permitted to water the lawn or utilize their sprinklers on odd numbered days. Homes with even (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) last digits are permitted to water their lawn or utilize their sprinklers on even numbered days.
Currently, we purchase 100% of our water from the City of Oklahoma City via the City of Newcastle. We have experienced low water pressure and/or no water in certain parts of the City. This occurs when more residents are watering at the same time.
We invite you to visit www.squeezeeverydrop.com to find more about the water restrictions and other ways to conserve water.
In an effort to conserve water, the Splash Pad located at Lions Park will be closed until further notice.
