The Finance Department is dedicated to managing the City's financial resources responsibly and transparently. Through careful planning and sound financial practices, the department helps ensure the City of Blanchard can continue providing the quality services residents expect while making the best use of taxpayer dollars.
The department oversees the City's financial operations, including:

To provide specialized expertise, the City partners with qualified firms for certain financial services. Independent audit services are provided by Crawford & Associates, P.C. Municipal Finance Services, Inc. serves as the City's financial advisor for municipal bonds, notes, and other financing. Public Finance Law Group PLLC provides bond counsel and legal services related to the issuance of municipal bonds and notes.
