We welcome you as a customer of the Blanchard Municipal Improvement Authority and would like to acquaint you with some of the policies and procedures of the Utility Department.
For after-hours assistance, please contact the City's Communications Center, and they will dispatch city crews.
The Utilities Customer Service is responsible for processing new connects, disconnect requests, transfers, balance inquiries, payment extensions and agreements, leak adjustments, insufficient checks, new meter taps, and construction portable water meters. We also answer all customer service calls related to billing on behalf of Waste Connections questions.
