The City of Blanchard Public Utilities clerk is responsible for processing new connects, disconnects, transfers, balance inquiries, payment extensions and agreements, insufficient checks, leak adjustments, new meter taps, and construction portable water meters. They also answer all customer service calls related to billing on behalf of Waste Connections.
