Commercial Development

The City of Blanchard is aggressively looking to build their restaurant and retail opportunities for their residents.  Each year, we develop and publish a color Commercial Development brochure that details the facts about Blanchard.  It also provides a snap shot version of the local properties that are available for new commercial development.

Below are two version of this brochure, that you may print or download the PDF.  One is presented in a four page, 8.5 x 11 format.  The second is presented as a large 11 x 17 format to print and fold in half.
